For ServiceNow, we are implementing a comprehensive rebranding of the motion design. The goal is to create a cohesive visual language that works across the entire company, spanning various formats and events – from approachable video portraits of the leadership team to large-scale live event productions. To achieve this, we are utilizing a hybrid production workflow that strategically employs AI to accelerate asset production and enhance quality.



„10 Minutes With…“
Short, compelling video portraits in which members of ServiceNow’s global leadership team introduce themselves. The format deliberately breaks with traditional corporate styling: relatable, entertaining, and authentic. Graphic animations complement live-action footage, creating a distinctive, recognizable visual language – relatable enough to connect, polished enough to represent.



„We Are ServiceNow“
An international video series in which local ServiceNow teams from around the world introduce themselves. Costa Rica kicks things off. Each episode follows a fully scripted storyline and is enhanced with animated sequences, VFX elements, and consistent title designs. The creative concept is developed anew for each season – continuity is achieved through the overarching visual language, not through repetition.



„SNL – Stage & Screen Identity“
We developed a CI frame for use on large LED screens at live events and internal gatherings. The format is formally inspired by the visual codes of a late-night show production and translates these into the ServiceNow brand world: dynamic, recognizable, and stage-ready. The frame must function effectively in various event contexts and consistently convey the CI without appearing rigid.


Hybrid workflows greatly simplify communication with the client
Close collaboration with the client forms the foundation of every production. A well-prepared animatic allows us to begin animation production in parallel, even before filming or editing begins. Generative AI tools, combined with human curation and post-production, ensure quality and brand consistency. The process concludes with iterative feedback sessions with our client and format adjustments for various distribution channels.
