Henkel Summit 2026:
Trendpitches & Szenarios
client:
Henkel on behalf of Insglück – Company for
Brand Staging GmbH
briefing:
What will the world look like in 2040? How will people live, work, and consume? These are the questions the top management of Henkel is exploring at the Summit 2026 in Singapore.
Our task was to develop four possible future scenarios as short cinematic portraits, which could be used on-site as a basis for discussion in subsequent workshops.
implementation
The six-week timeline was highly ambitious. AI acted as a key catalyst for this project, making it possible to create expansive visual worlds within a short production timeframe.
Agile and fast-paced coordination with all project stakeholders was essential for this project. A Miro board, accessible online to everyone involved, enabled rapid iterations. Thanks to AI, we were able to communicate our vision for the execution at a very early stage, giving the client the opportunity to make detailed decisions early in the production process.
After defining the key scenes using this workflow, we moved on to animation and editing.

Scenarios
Four personas, four future scenarios, four ways of life. In short 90-second portraits, we get to know the worlds of our four protagonists, who could not be more different.

Making of:
The worldbuilding began with the visual development of our four protagonists. Once their appearances were defined, we moved on to designing the backgrounds. After all scenes had been established as still frames, the animation production followed. In this way, the client was closely involved in all reviews and iterations throughout the process. Decisions could be made quickly and efficiently.
